We’re independent. No private equity. No board pressure to squeeze more billable hours out of your team. We answer to our clients, our people, and our standards — in that order. When something’s our mistake, we eat it.

We don’t hire B-team. Every engineer who’ll touch your environment is hireable at a top-tier firm tomorrow. We pay them like it. We protect their time like it. We don’t bury them in tickets that should never have been opened.

We haven’t forgotten our roots. We grew up doing this work the right way, and we’re not chasing scale at the cost of it. We’d rather be the best 50-client MSSP in the region than the biggest one with a churn problem and a Glassdoor page nobody wants to read.
